*Dealer is responsible for providing the necessary electrical, air and water utilities required by the equipment in this contract at the location denoted by HK. Dealer must also provide a licensed electrician and plumber to make all final connections to said equipment at time of start-up. Dealer must also provide a forklift with a 152” vertical reach and a 5,000 lbs capacity at time of delivery to unload said equipment, and provide same forklift at time of removal. All charges incurred by the aforementioned dealer requirements are the dealer’s responsibility. Dealer is responsible to report and pay all applicable taxes, including but not limited to sales, use, and property tax.
